RF preamps in Eagle/KiCad formats?

I've been trawling the archives trying to find some directly usable PCB designs for 24/13cm preamps. Unfortunately most I've come across have just hand-drawn PCBs, some not even stating the dimensions of the board. Others are really low quality scans.
Just wondering if there are any existing designs out there available in Eagle or (preferably) KiCad formats?
