the info I could find on it is
info I could find is
it has 2 outputs one H and the other V
LO: 10.41 GHz
Input Frequency: 10.7 -12.75 GHz
Output Frequency: 290-2340 MHz what i think is a tcxo has 50.048 on it
the Ic has MXL802 9B171.18 1901 CC
what info i can find on the chip is
looks like the LO is programmableDual Ku-band down-conversion to IF
10.7 GHz-12.75 GHz RF range
290 MHz-2350 MHz IF range
9.75 GHz-11.95 GHz LO frequency range
Single-ended RF
Differential IF (MxL801), or single-ended IF (MxL802/MxL803)
Highly-integrated solution
Image rejection filter
Crystal oscillator and PLL
Down-conversion mixers
IF amplifiers
LNA bias with an integrated negative voltage generator
POR
Configurable parameters through programmable pins
IF gain
Reference clock frequency selection
LO frequency
LNA bias
Single 1.8V supply voltage with an option for a 3.3V supply for an external LNA bias.
if I have my maths right
if the LO is shifted to 10.0575
then the lower NB beacon would be at if 432.050mhz
also this would also make the lower WB @433.500 and upper WB @441.500
I dont know if this info is of any use the the LNB gurus out there.
can it be modded
but it looks like the sky Q tuner has an If range from 290-2340
going to see if i can find a sky q box to look at the actual tuner inside it
