Can anyone point me at a video / talk / script on the basic tuning of a satellite Receiver for ATV?

Most ATV videos assume we have the basic knowledge of the pitfalls of LNB local oscillators, offsets etc...

But to newcomers from the HF bands and also new to the hobby, the info is essential.
