equipment needed for webcamstreaming

Hi I am seeking to help setup a webcamstreaming system for a client in a london venue.
I am a bit stuck for information about what equipment is needed.

They are seeking to setup a 3 camera webstreaming system to broadcast future theatrical events and gigs and be able to edit the footage down for promotional use afterwards if required.
So they quality needs be sufficient to be able to do this. want to be able to give them options as dont know about budgets at this stage
Any suggestions of the type of cameras, vision mixing etc that they would need or any shops / firms that specialise in this area in london would be of most helpfull
