Looking for Brighton ATV enthusiast from the mid 80's

This is a long shot but maybe someone knows who I mean. I'm not sure of the callsign but he lived in the Withdeam area of Brighton until around 1986 when he moved to the Surrey area. All I know is he had a wife at the time called Lydia who I got to know as she was on the CB back then...anyone know who I mean ?
