From Roberto this morning.
Hallo Steve,
Thanks for your interest by this future product.
The price will be 165…170Euro.
For an start I will wait after October, if in UK the 146MHz band is free for ATV.
I hope to have 10 users for this product.
Technical data will be the same like the “Kon70-900”.

This is showing at €169 on his web site, so it looks like it's now available.
The LO of 1100MHz which brings 146MHz out on 1246MHz is surprising, being the most likely transmission frequency on 23cm in the UK. It would have been better to keep it out of band like the 70cm version.

I spoke to Roberto and he says he could make it so that there are 4 LO frequencies available between 1240 and 1300, selectable by jumpers.
Any thoughts? Perhaps 1100, 1110, 1120, 1130 giving output frequencies of 1246, 1256, 1266, 1276.
Or more spaced out giving 1246, 1261, 1276, 1291. That should give the best chance of getting away from your repeater input frequency.
