Has anybody used the MC145151 as a stand alone divide by N ?

Using the MC145151p2 I am having a problem with the Fv output on pin 10
This is the divide by 10 buffered output, when using the divide by N as a stand alone divider. I have several devices and none seem to deliver a divide by N output. Any comments would be welcome

Fv is on pin 10 of the MC145151 but on the '-2' version it is an extra divider select pin instead, check which version you have.
