Does anyone know where I can get one of the Modules, tried all the suppliers I can think of and there are none on ebay.

Cheers

3 years on I know, but did anyone ever get one of these working properly on 70cms?

I remember at the time mine went unstable and I'm trying to get one working on a Portsdown and get the same problems with instability....

Hi Noel,
I tamed mine by playing with the bias voltage.
I replaced the 0Ohm resistor on the output of the regulator with a 500Ohm pot, the metal shrouded ones used for I/Q bias on the DigiLite boards sit across the tracks quite well.
My module settled down with 4.3Volts on the bias pin.

Cracked it - copper tape around the edge of the board to bond between upper and lower plus adjustable bias.

Driven directly by the Portsdown gives 8 watts with 30+ shoulders on 2Ms and 40+ on 333Ks in a nice compact unit - needs a big heatsink and blowing...
