F1ZVV ATV repeater in Boulogne - Still active?

Does anyone know if F1ZVV on 1243MHz in / 1280MHz out is still active? I have been unable to see anything from it for a while whereas it was always a good signal in Dover. Firing the DTMF startup code at it on 2m also drew a blank.

atv over f1zvv has not yet been returned to service
I hope one restart later in 2013 at another location on the height of wimereux
