The company in question had an unlucky number in its URL.

I've just had an email from him saying that the order was cancelled. No explanation for the non-delivery.

He's back selling the Comtech modules on eBay.
Beware!

I have had gear from him direct and from ebay and always received my items, However I do know of two local members who have sent off money and not had any goods.
So would have to say BEWARE is good advice.

I placed an order with the firm with an unlucky number in its url, 4 months later, after 12 emails, 3 phone calls, and 1 letter which was returned by Royal Mail marked "addressee gone away", I got my money back from the Visa people. Trading Standards were informed at the time.

Don't forget that if you are looking for Comtech modules, both Roy G8CKN (see third party shop window in BATC shop) and the Lincoln ATV Repeater Group (GB3VL) have stocks of both 23cms and 13cms units.
