September 13/14th ATV Contest
Hi to all
I hope to be QRV again for this years's ATV Contest in on September 13/14th,
Will probably be QRV from the same location as usual on the NY Moors IO94LI or possibly IO94MJ on the Saturday.
Please come on and have a qso even if it's only on 2m, it would be great to hear some activity.....
If i get chance i will be out on both Saturday afternoon until~8PM and from Sunday morning from ~8AM.
Anyone is welcome to join me, Please let me know if you intend to visit!
Bands:
23cm ~100W to 2x28 element loopyagi
13cm 30W to 80cm dish
2m talkback 50W to 9element Vertical Pol.
Maybe some 70cm Digital ATV if anyone is interested?
I should be able to get 100W to 15element...
Please let us know on the list if you will be out.

All being well you get the Grimsby crowd up on the wolds for both days unless we get blown away.
70, 13 and 23cm Tx/Rx. Hopefully 10Ghz receive.
I have a digi sat receiver if there is anybody on 23cms?
Cheers

Hi Lee
Thanks for the reply, John told me you guys would be out so i will be looking for you...
I doubt i will have digital tx with me but i think Darren G7LWT might be /p with 23cm digital so maybe worth taking.
I will be taking 23 & 13cm but unlikely 70/3cm as i dont have much room in teh car this time and no qso's on those bands last time.

Re: September 13/14th ATV Contest
Thanks to all for the QSO's on Sat/Sun.
The conditions on the bands were quite good on Saturday evening but due to a fault on my 2m set i had to pack up early and head back home!
I saw 4 repeaters, GB3VL, GB3EY, GB3LX and GB3XY - the 3cm ones were seen for the first time!
I heard probably more than 15 stations on 144.750 so activity was much better than previous years.
Sunday was not so good weather wise but yielded the best dx so very strange! Only GB3VL was visible during the day.
Looking forward to next time
