Hello Martin,
may I give you a tip:
For our ATV repeater DB0OV, we use only one PC with a 4-channel HDMI grabber (https://www.ebay.de/itm/203593068804) and OBS to mix the images and sound. During broadcast breaks, slideshows, still images, and other ATV repeaters are shown.
OBS has an interface, the WebSocket, with which you can select scenes and also control the audio mixers.
Dynamic text can also be displayed.
Using a Raspberry Pi and an MCP23007, the status of the players is detected, and after evaluation, a corresponding scene is sent to OBS via WebSocket.
If you're interested, I can provide assistance.

Hi Thomas,
Thankyou for the offer of help.
My SRT Repeater is funded just by by me.
I use what is surplus at my station which is why I am using a PC Laptop for the streaming.
The quad box I use was 8 UK pounds delivered.
The modular construction gives me total flexibility.
Your repeater setup looks very impressive.
Thanks again for the offer of help.
