Yes, mine is working OK.
If you copy and paste from the original .pdf article to Windows Notepad, you'll get the wrong codes for the quotation marks. Carefully delete each one, replacing it with the ascii type one on your keyboard. You may also need to tweak the numbers in the "User Settings" to keep within the pixel size limits of your monitor screen. I'd also recommend that you place your complete callsign list on just one line separated by single spaces rather than splitting them onto other lines with the ^ option. Callsigns must all be lowercase.
