We have had a duct sitting over North Sea for 3days ...on narrow band 10ghz Dutch beacons been end stop at times .
M0IKB on north east coast has been seeing Dutch 13cms repeaters today ....helps being 400m from North Sea here

We don't get that very often on the west coast.
It looks like there may be some tropo over southern England and Wales later on tomorrow.
