DATV Express transmitter

Hi
I've been having a tidy up in the shack and found a DATV-Express transmitter board fitted inside a case.
I ran up the windows app for it 1.25lp17 and found it still worked under Windows 11.
Not sure how much use it is these days given the advent of the Pluto and similar devices.
Any suggestions or should I just put it back on the shelf and forget about it again ?!
