Testing Report on KomplettSender DVB-S

Robbie KB6CJZ and I have just completed another DATV article for our local OCARC newsletter. We have bench-tested and field-tested a new portable field-DATV-station for our local Emergency Communications group. The field station transmits field-video back to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) at the Orange Police station. The field DATV station includes a KomplettSender DVB-S transmitter from SR-Systems on 1.2 GHz. The Digital-ATV produced much better quality video results than the older 430 MHz analog-ATV equipment.
