Hi Martin,

Is you OT running a pc with a wifi connection? Are you transmitting which might cause interference with your wifi? I'm only guessing here as I don't know your setup.

On another note, you might want to switch to the latest version of OT (0.B) which deals better with internet connection going down on the spectrum.

Hi Martin,

hmm, I think you are right and something is probably not properly shielded or grounded. When this happens is it only OT giving issues, or does your internet go down on the pc as well ?

Sorry, I don't have any more specific answers surrounding your problem as its not something I can replicate on my side.

Hello Martin, what happens if you open your browser to let's say, Google, then transmit? Does Google disappear? If so I would say RF is getting into the PC or the wire to the router or into the phone line. Does Open Tuner itself crash?
Best regards,

Hi Basil
Thanks for the suggestions . No PC internet works with bias turned on .
The laptop is ok WIFI seems uneffected .
I have put ferrite clamps on a lot of what I think are susceptible cables .
I will try and improve screening and earthing over the weekend,
Sorry for the late response .
