OBS and FreeSreamCoder 3.01

Hi,
I was testing with OBS--FreestreamCoder3.01 over my home network to another PC with VLC. To my surprise i could only work with a total IPTV output bitrate up to 900kb/s. At higher bitrates the audio is stuttering and the video has interruptions.
The PC processor load and network interface load are very low, only a few percent. A direct connection between both PC's gave same results.
Any ideas what could be the limiting factor? (below 900kb/s it works flawless.....)
