2,3GHz DOUBLE QRO RF linear amplifier, 2x BLC9G22XS-400AVT with cover.

Is there modification instruction available for this or another one present at e-bay ?

Hi,

That PA reportedly doesn't modify well, however this one does.

Interesting. I thought those meters only did low power as written on the switches on the front. I could have bought one for 23cm last year but passed as it only went to 20W.

Is there another switch on the back? If so they could be useful given the difficulty in getting power meters at 2.4 GHz/

Hi Mike,

This is the S version, back when I bought it they offered to do the mods to the V (200w) model they added the switch and fitted components required to the pcb, and calibrated it but that was a good few years ago, also have 200w dummy load for 2.5GHZ. (still gets quite warm at 100w)

Hello

Thanks from info, I bought one unit Yesterday

One practical question about removing component.
Instruction says that using hotplate, i do not have hotplate

Just thinking if they can be removed just mechanically and rest with heatgun ?
i have also re-soldering unit with vacum pump ?
