Search Digital RF Power Amplifier UHF on Ebay or AliExpress. Not 28V though. The 80W version should be good for 10W DATV.

We Got very Nice results With the ra60 and ra30 modules.. they are intendent for the FM but you can increase the bias to 5 volt making the module into class a. Pulling 5 to 6 Amp on 13 volt. With these settings your het 10w dvb-s With Pluto directly connected. EG. 1mw in.. on a ra30.. and 7 to 8 watt out a ra60.
Ra30 van make 15 to 20 watt dvb-s clean. Ra60 up to 30w clean .
The modules are narrrowband so they Filter clean the harmonics. Without any LPF you get 50 to 55db easy.
A 20db preamp. Is whise to run your Pluto at -10 dbm max .

No. They are no longer manufactured. You will need to search for them yourself locally. Mini-kits may have some left. RF Parts, Enigma Component Shop etc.
E.g. 2m RA80H1415M1 70cm RA60H3847M1, SAU82L, 23cm RA18H1213G

You can find lots of RA modules on ebay, alliexpress and so on..
Also the boards to connect the lot are there..
Whatchout for the blue rf relais as they tend to burnout is you like 60 watt and bad swr..
They are fine up to 20 or 25 watt.
Best regards
