Re: FreeStreamCoder Software to Generate Mpeg-TS Streams >> soon V2.72
Thanks for the info. I have been looking through the Intel documentation, and I think that the issue is just that they do not support hardware encoding of H.262. Probably "just" need a newer, faster computer to do the software encoding. When I eventually manage to get onto QO100, then the hardware encoding may be relevant.
Thanks to everyone for the help.
Roger

Jabi - yes but this information is in the manual which should be the first call rather than asking each detail in the forum.
See http://192.168.1.8/doc.php
The manual states "PlutoSDR wait for transport stream over udp on port 8282."
There is also the Wiki, also linked from the documentation page https://wiki.batc.org.uk/Custom_DATV_Fi ... _the_Pluto
F5UUI's excellent tutorials https://www.f5uii.net/en/transmit-datv- ... o=plutodvb
Several articles in CQTV
Google.

GE all,
Firstly thanks too Dominique for all the work you've put into FreeStreamCoder it has made live so much easier when using IPTSin with the Portsdown.
The one issue I've been having is lip-sync my work around has been to put a sync offset of around -950ms in the advanced audio properties in OBS, well after doing some testing this evening I think I've found the cause. Click on the Tools tab then go to the VirtualCam tab, Stop the VirtualCam then play with the Buffered Frames Slider to find the sweet spot to sync the audio and video, in my case it was 25.
Hope this helps others 73 John
P.s don't forget to reset any off sets you previously used in the advanced audio properties back to 0ms

Re: FreeStreamCoder Software to Generate Mpeg-TS Streams >> New V2.75
Hello
Here is the new version 2.75
>> Includes one of the latest version of ffmpeg 4.4
Small corrections following discussions and tests with Robert VK3IE> Thanks to him for his participation!
- implementation of checks on the values of the PID and SID tables which crashed ffmpeg
- tests seem ok on Windows 11

Re: FreeStreamCoder Software to Generate Mpeg-TS Streams >> New V2.75
I have a simple batch file to start all my DATV programs automatically (OBS - FreeStream coder - pluto.php).
My batch file has the line "start C:\F1EJP\F1EJP-FreeStreamCoder-v02.73.exe" at the moment.
Is it possible to make Freestream coder start encoding automatically, either from the batch file or from its ini file, please?
