Hi Jan

I use one of the Quadrant / BATC DTX1 in our 23cm repeater GB3EY.

The audio input is the standard 'Line Input' of 0dBm into 600 ohms. That equates to 0.775V RMS, so you do need an amplifier to lift the microphone level with a gain of 40-60dB depending on the microphone performance.

For an explanation see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Line_level

Hi Clive,
Thank you for your response.
I will look in to this, and try to figure out how the things are on my side with my microfoon.
I have 2 I have to find out witch one is better.
The 600 Ohm condenser microfoon ore the 400 Ohm Dynamic microfoon ?

Thank you for your information.
