Currently under test and development of a new version in graphical software V2.31
It comes with everything you need plus a few additional options!
No need to have FFMPEG anymore
Input for OBS with virtualCam or vMIX or ip flux
Coding with NVIDIA GPU or INTEL or Soft
New compression enhancements by providing optimized default settings for compression.
Currently being tested

I agree. This is very good Dominique. I've only been playing with this stuff for a few months and I've gone from scripts in OBS and manual calculations of bit rates to this, we are moving forward very quickly. I look forward to using it.

1 - Can you explain the name?

2 - Does it use ffmpeg DLLs or is it based on something else?

- Version 1 was the batch script
- I changed the name to a more explicit name
- it uses ffmpeg but no need to install it because it is included

We can code with FFMPEG with the support of an NVIDIA graphics card or a recent Intel processor with GPU or in software.
The source can be OBS or vMIX or an already encoded iP stream.
For each value of SR, depending on the configuration, the software proposes tested and approximately optimized default values VIDEO/AUDIO.
>> we can go down to very low speeds of the order of 88kb / s which should allow transmissions in DVB-S2 16PSK SR25
