Hello ... Andy VK3XKA here

I am having a few problems setting up the software on a PiPo computer. I get error messages like:

MSVCR120.dll missing
MSVCP140.dll missing
VCRUNTIME140.dll missing

And surprise … it won’t install.

Are these Windows files or something that DATV Express should install?

I have upgraded all the software on the PiPo … but no luck.
And I have installed the driver with Zadig …

Any thoughts?

hi,
it seems to me that you have not installed the right "visual C" version.
I did it years ago and don't remember (I might be wrong sorry) but you should find the software and hardware requirement in the instruction manual.

It needs the 32 bit version of the re-distributable the link is in the notes that come with the program.
If it still does not work try using the repair option.
