DVB-S2 H264 STB

Does anyone have any experience with or recommendations for a current DVB-S2 H264 set top box that will go down to 1 Msymbol?

We use these in GB3ZZ;

They will go down to 1ms/s, but not below.

Our experiment in Japan, a chinese STB didn't work well under 1M SR.
