DATVExpress not running in Ububtu 64 bit version

Greetings all,

I am trying to install DATV-Express Software on an Ubuntu 14.04LTS 64 bit system.

I have edited and changed the access rights in the 'rules.system' file to '0666'.

Using lsusb in terminal can see the express board.

When running the program the led 5 DOES NOT LIGHT indicating that the FPGA has not loaded.

led3 on
led 2 pulseing
led1 blinking at start up
led 5 off

The board runs correctly and produces good pictures on a 32 bit Ubuntu machine.

Probably something to do with writing to DATV card, any advise gratefully received.
