Old but interesting.....

Bought this at a junk sale a while back, mainly for the SMA sockets, it was that cheap. Lid off reveals a pair of LXE16350 Bipolar microwave transistors, all nicely laid out with the circuit easily traceable. With my freshly upgraded EU1KY analyser I swept the input and found a great match to 23cms - and it looks adjustable. Not in possession of mega gain like newer Mosfets, but pretty bomb-proof. Will have to feed it some DC and RF and see whats what.
I also swept some nice cavity filters for 70cms that I found in a box, they are adjustable to cover 70cms nicely, I wonder if I could use a pair to clip the shoulders of my signal (one up, one down) without compromising the bit I want in the middle? All good stuff.....
