Browsing eBay and this chip seems to be popular either in breakout boards =/-£10 or with a display and case =/- £20
I wonder if there is any benefit from squeezing one into a Portsdown for 'on the fly' monitoring of power level or just keeping one handy around the shack, especially as its good for 5.8GHz. 'May need an attenuator'.
