LimeSDR mini

Another one... its getting to be a flood. The mini doesn't seem to have much in the way of FPGA power but its pretty cheap. The RF chipset is the same LMS7002M as the LimeSDR maxi but the mini starts at 10MHz and only goes up to 3.5 GHz. No real loss there, I think they are playing safe this time.
