Hi Everyone,

Today I powered up my DTX-1 as usual it Booted as Normal then got to the end said OK and ffff then the LCD Screen went blank and it rebooted again in a continuous cycle, going through the Boot proceedure, everything looks ok the Blank Screen and Reboots again.

Has anyone any ideas? Maybe something has happened to the internal software or a corruption. I have not touched the DTX-1 at all no updates or anything like that. Any help appreciated. P.S. Had the unit a few years now and had nothing like this before.

I had this happen a few times on earlier versions of the firmware. Completely removing power and then restarting always made it behave. If you have a pc with an RS232 port, then updating the firmware is quite easy. All versions are available, so you can revert to earlier ones if you want. I am sure that Laurence at DTX1 support will give you further advice.

I will try and see if I can update the firmware, if this does not work then I'll contact Laurence. Very strange.
