Pipo 8 problem

Due to confusion with red and black wires during the activity weekend, my Pipo8 went bang
To start with, it looks like it took out a 220 uF capacitor and what I presume is a low voltage regulator IC seem to have suffered but I can't read the part number as it's brown and charred

Is anyone willing to take the bottom off their Pipo and drop the main board (just 4 screws and the wifi aerial connection) and see if you can read the IC part number.

On one line it has "1930" and on the line below "3314563". There's no manufacturer's logo.

It's a DC-DC convertor chip, mine has exactly the same markings and no manufacture logo.
pin 4=Ground
Pin 1,2 go to the large inductor, as far as the rest not really sure!
There's an LT1930 but it does not show up as so8 package....

Is anyone willing to measure the volts on the inductor / 0 ohm / 220 uf capacitor, all of which I presume are on the output of the switched regulator?
Once I know that I can rig up a supply and test whether everything else works before trying to find a replacement

There's 5.1v on the 220uF nearest the battery. The other 220uF has 12v on it - presumably the power input.
