beta Users Guide for Express_DVB-S_Transmitter software

A first-pass ‘beta” Users Guide is now available for the “beta-release” of the Express_DVB-S_Transmitter software for Windows OS (currently v1.11). The draft 03 PDF manual can now be downloaded from the DATV-Express support web-site at http://www.DATV-Express.com on the
DOWNLOADS page.

Like the beta-release software…there probably are lots of typos and mistakes. But this draft is a beginning and should make it easier to install and use the Express_DVB-S_Transmitter software? Any corrections or suggestions can be sent to me by private post via support@datv-express.com.

An updated Users Guide for Windows has been prepared for the Express_DVB-S_Transmitter software. Thanks to the review efforts and comments by Noel G8GTZ and Art WA8RMC. Nothing critical....but just clean-up and clarification.
