Datv Express Server on Pipo X8

I am trying to run DATV Express server on my pipo x8, first problem is I cannot enable test mode despite using bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
Also trying to register "regsvr32 MajorUdpSend.ax", it says has loaded file but has Dll error..and yes, am in correct directory in CMD mode.
Everything worked fine on my laptop running win 7..
What am I doing wrong/missed..

are you running the cmd as Administrator? might just be a simple privilege error?
Worth a try I assume you are using WIN-8?

Yes, as administrator, its weird, tried it on friend's laptop running 8.1, same as Pipo and worked fine.
Microsoft have just told me can have update to 10, but don't know where the key is as was not sent with Pipo. Was thinking that might work..

I've just upgraded my PiPo to Win10. No key required.

I have to say that, once I loaded the drivers for the USB, it worked on the windows part of my pipo first time.
