TechTalk97 - Looking at the DigiLite Project

I just completed preparing an article for the OCARC, my local radio club, January
newsletter about the recent progress of the DigiLite Project to produce a
low-cost DVB-S exciter for DATV.

The name of this article is

TechTalk97 - Looking at the DigiLite Digital-ATV XMTR Project

I did not post this in the BATC DigiLite forum, since I suspect that all of the readers of that forum already know what I have written in my three-page article.
