Re: 2MS DATV from Raspberry Pi
OK tried Ctrl + a and no joy. Then Ctrl + all the other keys in sequence.
Then I pulled the plug out...that cured it.

Re: 2MS DATV from Raspberry Pi
Patern is launch from the console menu ? If it is the case : after transmit, just press "enter" or "esc".
If launch from rpidatvgui : have to touch the TX area (hidden by the patern)...
But maybe I miss something ?

Re: 2MS DATV from Raspberry Pi
Hi Evariste
I'm using the full version of Jessie with the desktop.
Patern is as you say started from the console menu and works fine. Stopping it is the problem; there doesn't seem to be any keystroke or combination of keystrokes to cancel patern and return to the menu.
Hitting enter or escape does not work.
Arthur G4CPE has the same problem; also G8BYI commented on GB3SQ that the only way out was a disconnect.
Thanks for the great software, I think we can all wait for patern.

Re: 2MS DATV from Raspberry Pi
Hi Steve,
I never tested it with the desktop (command line geeker !). On a console, I don't have any issue. But I have to test on a complete jessie to see what happens ! Sorry for that !

Hi Laurent
Which output mode are you trying to use: IQ, QPSK RF or DigiLite?

Re: 2MS DATV from Raspberry Pi
OK
Others have had that working. Sorry, more questions:
- What type of modulator are you using
- What source of video are you using.
- What version of RPi?
The more info that you provide, the more likely it is that we can solve the problem

Re: 2MS DATV from Raspberry Pi
_AD8346 modulator (digilite)
_raspicam
_last version of rpi
At loading it decodes and then on the way to the graphic it cuts

Re: 2MS DATV from Raspberry Pi
Hi Laurent
As discussed, I've had a look at the problems of rpidatv running on Desktop Jessie and decided that it would take too much time to solve at the moment. Everything is so much easier with Jessie Lite - please give it a try. Sorry that I can't be more help.
