Before I upgrade PC and obtain Windows 11 does anyone have a link to download SDR Television.

Hi,

Follow instructions, install sdr console then sdr telivision, also read the manual as definitions need installing for your pluto etc are required.

Looks like you are tuned to the beacon with a 960kS sample rate, which won't work. Try 2.304 MHz.

You have the gain set to manual rather than automatic

Fix those and try again.

Looks different, but nothing decoded and nothing in the constellation window ?

Can you scroll down the receive pane. you are not showing us all the settings. It looks to me like you have a strange setting for RX bandwidth. Why have you set it to 83%>

Remember, please try to give as much information as possible, log files etc.

You have a SR of 1000 set but the beacon is 1500
