Hello,
Just to tell you that Tutioune is supposed to work under Windows 7-64 bits.
( there is a 64 bits driver for SAA7641A at http://www.vivadatv.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=63 )
last problem for you is that, for the moment, Tutioune works only with some PCI cards:

Tutioune and TSreader don't do same job.

Tutioune provide measurement about Tuner setup and demodulation ( RF level, MER, VBER...) until TS extraction
TSreader provide informations about TS structure, starts to work after demodulation.
I prepare an Addon to TUtioune ( = UDP send) to use Tutioune and Tsreader at same time.(Using no BDA driver)
