Hello,

For those who have received their PIPO X8, I have made a version of Minitioune with bigger buttons to allow to work with the touchscreen.

Presumably other windows tablets are available.... Anyone had any luck if so with what make/model?

Ah, I did not find / see choose shipping location when ordered mine, its coming already from Singapore, in 4-7 days, might get away with it as have done before on similar priced products..

I ordered mine on Sunday and paid for express delivery and it arrived today.

It came from China. There was no mention of VAT, but these things can come back to bite you later.

Very nifty it is too. I'm still trying to get the hang of Windows 8. On the down side, there appear to be 2 dead pixels near one corner, but I'm sure I'll forget about them.

mine arrived today also very quick delivery.
Standard delivery took 4 days
didnt get a vat bill either :D

Looks like I wasted the cost of express delivery. :(

I must admit to a senior few minutes trying to find how to turn it on. The way I was holding it away from the incident light, the black buttons blended into the black case. I don't have this trouble with my gramophone.

Got told was coming from Singapore on Monday, DHL then told me track no. changed, turns out it's coming from HK today, delivery Tuesday 28th, also supplier told me only come from HK, not European warehouse now. Will be getting stung for £15.00VAT as well..not 'appy bunny! :(

Hi Brian had a better senior moment than that tried to switch it on nothing happened then plugged it in and waited a couple of hours for batteries to charge. It was at the next try i realized it doesn't have an internal battery :lol: :lol: :lol: durhhh!!!
