Just a note that the nice people at TAPR and ARRL have put the presentations slides and proceedings papers from the recent 2015 Digital Communications Convention in Chicago on their web site. The banquet talk slides presented by Ward Silver NØAX are included. These free downloads (usually with abstract descriptions of the content) can be found at http://www.tapr.org/pub_dcc34.html
Also, Gary Pearce KN4AQ is in process of publishing HamRadioNow videos (free to watch on YouTube ) of most of the DCC2015 live presentations to the internet….soon.

Re: TAPR DCC2015 presentations now on web
As a follow-on comment, the link below to the TAPR web site will take you to a page that allows you to choose any Digital Communications Conference going back to the first one in 1981. You can download (free) all of the proceedings papers (typically as PDF). The page provides quite a historical journey, including the "pivotal" pioneering DigitalATV presentation at the 2001 DCC (aka DCC20 ) by Thomas Sailer, HB9JNX/AE4WA and Stefan Reimann, DG8FAC. et al.
