MPEG2 Audio and Video stream descriptors

Hi,

I am trying to write some software that generates Program map tables,
does anyone have the descriptor values for the Audio and Video
descriptors that are used in DATV? The field I am having the greatest
difficulty with is the profile_and_level_indication. I have looked in
13818-2 but can't make sense of it.
