I have just posted a video tour of the new version 2 DATV-Express project PCB Assembly.
When I say 'just' I mean it took 90 mins to upload. Maybe I shall get BT Infinity
after all!

Great video Charles, looks very promising indeed, thanks for posting, will keep an eye on this project, best regards Tony
Re: New DATV-Express Video
Hi Tony, the pressure is on me now to get some software that does not need a degree in comp science to use!
I have a working system running under Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Linux http://releases.ubuntu.com/precise/
and Qt 5.0.1 http://qt-project.org/qt5 that I test on but it is not really suitable yet for general release.
We would like the first release of the software to be along the lines of the standalone Digilite project by Rob M0DTS
http://www.m0dts.co.uk/newsite/index.php?tag=DATV. I am working on the FPGA code to allow that.
At the moment to my knowledge only one of the 10 blank PCBs has been assembled. Ken W6HHC will be posting more information
and some pictures of the board in action in the next few days. We may need to make some minor changes to make it easier to
manufacture. This is a group project so everyone has to be in agreement before we go to the final stage, consequently that
means I am having to be a bit vague about time-scales and pricing.
