Picotuner with Network and RPi5 with OBS Studio

I am trying to get a RTSP output from OBS Studio on a RPi 5. It should be possible but I am not a software wizz! With it I could stream to a LinkPi NET input etc. and other things...
I came across this
https://github.com/iamscottxu/obs-rtspserver/releases
which should work if I can understand how to add it to the RPi 5 / OBS.

The source code is also there so may have a clue to adding RTSP output to the networked PicoTuner - not that I would know!
