HDMI Test Card and Camera Source

I have just published details of a Raspberry Pi-based HDMI Test card and Camera source.

Note that I will not be adding support for additional cameras, unless users write and test their own changes to the file camera.sh, in which case I would be happy to incorporate working modifications into the main build.
