The arrangements for CAT 25 at the Midland Air Museum are almost all in place. Please sign up by getting a ticket from the BATC shop https://batc.org.uk/shop/cat-25-ticket/ by the end of Wednesday 30 July so that we can print your badge. Sign-ups will be accepted after that date but it just makes things a little more difficult for the organisers.

For those of you who have booked a dinner place on Saturday evening at the Old Mill, we'll meet in the Grey Lady Suite upstairs at 7:15 for 7:30. Many of us will be in the bar (or sat outside at the back) beforehand, so even if you haven't managed to book a dinner place please join us there.

The Museum postcode (for your SatNav) is CV3 4FR. Doors will open at 10 am on Sunday; there will be no admission before this time. We will be in the Robin Hangar at the far end of the museum site as in previous years. There will be a short short speech and Prizegiving by the Chairman at 2:00 pm, and we ask that you join us for a Convention photo straight afterwards.
  • 10:00 am Museum doors open. Tony G3UIS will issue you with a badge on entry and you should pre-order your lunch (if required) as you walk past the cafe.
  • 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Bring and buy, show and tell, test and fix-it, BATC shop, demonstrations and lots of time for discussion.
  • 1:50 pm Attendees' photo just outside the demonstration hangar.
  • 2:00 pm Speech and Prizegiving in the Hangar.
  • 2:10 pm Convention photo just outside the hangar
  • 3:00 pm BATC Committee meeting in Argosy suite.
  • 4:00 pm CAT 25 Closes
Tables will be available for Member's "Show and Tell" and "Bring and buy", so please bring something along, new or old.

The Museum cafe will be serving refreshments including Sandwiches and Toasties.

We will start packing up at 4 pm to clear the site by 5 pm.

Look forward to meeting you all there

Dave, G8GKQ
