CAT 24 Online - Next Saturday 26 October

CAT 24 Part 2 will take place on Saturday October the 26th. This is an on-line ‘get together’ which will be streamed via YouTube. The stream
will commence at around 09:45 BST with presentations starting from 10:00 BST.
After Martin G4FKK welcoming everyone the speakers will be:
10:00 - Portsdown Developments - Dave, G8GKQ. Dave will bring us all up to date with the latest Portsdown developments and demonstrate some of the extremely useful facilities available on what is much more than a DATV transmitter!
11:00 – Michael, EA7KIR. Michael is a very keen and capable ‘home brewer’ of all sorts of electronic gadgetry and will be showing his DATV transmitter and receiver and discussing his methods of design, programming and construction.
12:00 - Using Allstar for Talkback - Martin G8KOE.
13:00 – Behind the scenes of CAT24 - David G7URP & Tammy M0TC.
14:00 – HAMTV from the ISS - Noel, G8GTZ. Noel will bring us up to date news on HamTV and how to receive ATV pictures from the International Space Station once transmissions start.
14:55 - Closing Remarks - Martin G4FKK
There will be Q&A sessions after each talk.
It is hoped that the presentations will also be relayed on QO-100. 10499.25 MHz 333 kS
