Open Tuner 0.B little issue

We have built and tested two new Picotuner and they are ok with the software 0.B on my midtower PC running windows 10.
The are also both ok on my W11 laptop.
But both receivers are non ok on my friend W11 laptop. The receiver signal is right at -52dBm but there is no decoding information in the left window.
On the PC The is no antivirus . No special security software.
Any idea ?

Usually missing drivers, or perhaps not enough USB power if it is being powered from USB.

What a shame for us !
In fact my Hamradio friend is used to make phone traffic with QO-100 but the input level of the signal for ATV is -51db with OpenTuner just low enough for receiving but not decoding.
I measured the current when USB powered . It is 0.81A . Both works USB or External powered.

Just a thought, Alain - the problem is only on your friend's equipment. He can receive the NB transponder ok but Is he changing polarisation to receive DATV?

Yes we are using the right polarization with 18V generated (and verified) from the Picotuner.

And this is on the same dish which works with the other PC?
