Why not build one? It would probably be much easier than shipping. DATV is not plug and play but the Portsdown comes pretty close. This is all documented on the Wiki.
As a minimum, you need a Raspberry PI, a Touch screen, an AV source (webcam or video capture dongle, a USB audio dongle), a Pluto or Lime Mini. With the SD card from the BATC shop this will make up a Portsdown.

Hi Mike, your perplexity is right, but I am really incompetent with the Raspberry part, software, programming...... simply put, I am clueless with computers.

The software part of the Raspberry Pi is the easiest part. Just buy the pre-programmed SD card from the BATC shop and plug it in. Job done!
