Helpline -- BBC Outside Broadcast 1960s!

Post by G8GQS » Sat May 04, 2019 9:21 pm

We are seeking to contact anyone who worked on the BBC Outside Broadcast vans in the middle 1960s These were:- MCR19 to MCR28. They were the last of the 405/625Line black and white units and they were used in London and the National Regions.

A project is underway to restore MCR21 back to it's 1963 condition and any surviving equipment or documentation is sought.

The Wish List is here http://mcr21.org.uk/get-involved/wish-list/

Just boosting this otherwise it will disappear into the archives.

Following Brian's superb article in CQ-TV 271, I'm giving this another boost lest it fall into the archive bin.
