Martin G4FKK was unanimously voted to join the committee.

Immediately after the GM we held a committee meeting to comply with the constitution:

After the G.M. is over, the new Committee shall select from its number a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, together with additional Committee posts as required.

At the meeting David Crump stated that he wished to step down as chair, Brian Summers stated that he wished to step down as treasurer and Noel Matthews confirmed he was happy to serve another term as secretary.

As a result, the following appointments were proposed and agreed unanimously by the committee.

Martin Charman will be chair of BATC with immediate effect and David Crump will be treasurer.

As mentioned at the GM we do intend to discuss publishing committee meeting minutes and if agreed the full minutes of the meeting will be published.

May I please thank everyone for their obvious hard work, and especially time, that they have dedicated to BATC. Its a fine club.

I for one will not forget this, for past and future organisers and active BATC people / members of committees.
