CAT 22 will be a 2-part event. The first part will be an in-person meeting at the Midland Air Museum in Coventry on Sunday 7 August. This will include the General Meeting of the Club. The second part will be online, probably in October.

The "Convention for Amateur Television 2022 Part 1" will be held at the Midland Air Museum http://www.midlandairmuseum.co.uk/ Coventry, commencing at 10 am on Sunday 7 August 2022. There will be a bring-and-buy, a show-and-tell display and a test-and-fixit facility for any Amateur TV Equipment. The Club's General Meeting (2 years overdue) will be held at 11:30 am and the venue will remain open until 4 pm. The main focus of the day is to meet-up and exchange ideas about Amateur Television. Details of ticketing will be posted here nearer the date; admission will include full access to the museum's exhibits (numerous aircraft including a Vulcan).

There are plans for an informal dinner the (Saturday) evening before at the Old Mill, Baginton. A limited number of rooms are available at the Old Mill which can be booked on this website: https://www.chefandbrewer.com/pubs/west ... /old-mill/. Please book early as Hotel accomodation in the area is likely to be scarce with the Commonwealth Games taking place in Birmingham during the weeks before, and the International Childrens' Games taking place in Coventry the week after.

Alternative accomodation may be available at the Dakota: https://the-dakota.co.uk/ or the Citrus Hotel Coventry https://www.citrushotelcoventry.co.uk/.

Hope to see you all there
